ON RESURRECTION
Discovering new meanings in old films helped inspire this editorial campaign. Through social rebirth, our lives are resurrected and continue the cyclical nature of human life.
Kamikakushi is a verdict of 'social death' in this world, and coming back to this world from Kamikakushi meant 'social resurrection’. Resurrection means the victory of the new state of things, the New Being born out of the death of the old. Out of disintegration and death something is born of eternal significance.
